Financial Aid
At Hamrick School, we firmly believe that all motivated, hard-working students should be able to attain the postsecondary education they deserve. That’s why we offer the following financing options for students who qualify:
- Training grants – Hamrick School is an approved provider for the Workforce Investment Act. This may help individuals who have a low income or are unemployed to qualify for training grants from state agencies.
- Veterans – Some programs are approved for veterans training by the Department of Education State Approving Agency for Veterans Training. There are a number of timeframes and circumstances where a veteran may qualify for benefits.
- Financial aid – Hamrick School offers financial aid for those who qualify and enroll in an eligible program. We offer the following financial aid programs for students who qualify:
- Federal PELL Grant
- Federal Direct Loan Program
- Federal PLUS Loan Programs
- Non-federal loan options – Hamrick School can provide students with information on non-federal based financing options. These loans are often made through banks, and Hamrick School cannot guarantee a student’s acceptance.
To learn more about the financial aid process, students can meet with one of the School’s financial aid staff members for a personal and confidential interview. The student’s eligibility for financial aid will be determined, and an estimated financial aid package will be presented for the student’s consideration.
