At Hamrick School, your medical assisting training will take place in the classroom, in the laboratory, and in the real world. First, you’ll gain an understanding of the medical assisting field and the human body. You’ll learn the structure, disease processes and functions of the human body, as well as medical terminology and pharmacology.
