Hamrick School is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC). Hamrick School has been recognized by ACCSC as a 2015-2016 ACCSC School of Distinction.

In April 2012, Hamrick School was granted the 2012 Excellence in Business Award by the Greater Akron Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council “as a prime example of a local business that has demonstrated outstanding performance, growth, staying power and innovation.”

Hamrick School is approved by the Ohio State Board of Career Colleges and Schools (Registration No. 2057) and licensed by the Ohio Department of Public Safety (License # 1439-2369).

Hamrick School is an official training provider registered according to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s Entry Level Driver Training (ELDT) regulations. The FMCSA’s ELDT regulations set the minimum Federal requirements for training that entry-level drivers must complete before being permitted to take certain CDL skills or knowledge tests. The FMCSA Training Provider Registry retains a record of which CDL applicants have completed the new training and certification process outlined in the ELDT regulations.
